BeyondBinaries Pulse - Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

BeyondBinaries Pulse ("we", "us") is the brand under which the Software is published and licensed. Contact is handled through the BeyondBinaries Discord server (owner: mike0662, https://discord.com/users/379676611043393537) and by e-mail at support@beyondbinaries.dev.

By purchasing or using a license key you ("you", "customer") accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use the software.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the BeyondBinaries Pulse software ("the Software") for the period stated at purchase. You are not buying the Software itself, its source code, or any right to redistribute it.

Each license key is bound to one computer (see section 4) and to one build slot.

3. Eligibility and your responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any game,

platform or anti-cheat system you use the Software with.

• **Using the Software can result in the loss of game accounts, items or

purchases.** You accept that risk entirely. We do not refund game accounts, in-game items or third-party subscriptions.

• The Software is not intended for use in competitive play where it is

prohibited, or in any way that harms other people.

4. Delivery, activation and hardware binding

• Keys are delivered digitally after payment, to the address provided at

checkout or through the store's delivery system.

• The first successful launch binds the key to your machine's hardware

identifier (HWID). After that, the key only works on that machine.

• Hardware changes, Windows reinstallation, virtual machines and some system

updates can change the HWID. In those cases, contact support: resets are decided case by case, may require proof of the change, and repeated requests may be refused.

• Sharing, publishing, reselling or trading a key is not allowed and may lead to

immediate termination without refund.

5. Builds, slots and updates

• Each customer receives the build that matches their license slot. A key from

one slot does not work with a build from another slot.

• We may retire old builds at any time. A retired build displays an update

message and stops working; download the current build to continue.

• Updates are provided through the download link shown in the update message.

We do not guarantee that an update will be available for any specific game version, or within any specific time after a game patch.

6. Refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally and the key is usable immediately, all sales are final once the key has been delivered.

If the Software does not work on your machine and our support cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report, we will issue a refund or a replacement key, at our discretion.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting support first will

lead to immediate and permanent termination of the license.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• We do not refund partial periods, or time lost while a game update is being

supported.

Consumers in the European Union: by purchasing a key you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered and activated. This does not affect the 7-day remedy above, or any right that cannot be waived by law.

7. Support

Support is provided on the BeyondBinaries Discord server and by e-mail at support@beyondbinaries.dev. Include your watermark tag (the small #XXXXXXXX shown in the menu) when reporting a problem. Never post your license key in public. Support is provided on a best-effort basis; no response time is guaranteed.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, share or publish your key or the Software;
• reverse engineer, decompile, unpack or attempt to extract the Software's

components, except where the law expressly permits it;

• use the Software to attack, harass or defraud other people, or to operate

cheating-as-a-service of any kind;

• bypass the licensing, build or HWID checks.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will work with any particular game version, on any particular system, or that it will not be detected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost game accounts, items or revenue.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Portuguese consumer-protection rules.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license immediately, without refund, if you break these terms, share a key, attempt to bypass licensing, or abuse support. You may stop using the Software at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always published alongside the download page. Material changes apply from the next purchase. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Before any formal dispute, contact us on Discord or at support@beyondbinaries.dev so we can try to resolve it.

Privacy notice

We keep the minimum needed to run licensing:

We do not sell data. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers in the Software. Access is limited to the operator. Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us on Discord or at support@beyondbinaries.dev. Deleting your data ends any active license.
